This workshop will cover practical use of Zoom and Microsoft Teams to set up meetings and to communicate from remote locations. This effectively means that one can communicate on a one-to-one basis or attend meetings using Zoom and Teams where several people are involved externally.
I will show how to set up meetings, invite participants, use Show and Tell and send information. I will also cover how to adjust cameras and set up audio and visual aids to run these meetings. These days, Zoom and Teams are important if you choose to talk to your doctor, your lawyers or choose to run or attend meetings from home, your car, from your office or any community venues.
